I forgot my username / password. How do I retrieve them?

If you have forgotten your username or password:

Go to the site's homepage and click 'Sign in' in the upper right-hand corner of the site.

1. To retrieve your password follow next:

> Click the Forgot 'Password' link in the box that opens.

> Enter your registered username and email address in the next window and then click 'New password'.

> You will receive an email containing your ProducerBox username with a new autogenerated password.

2. To retrieve your username follow next:

> Click the Forgot 'Username' link in the box that opens.

> Enter your registered email address in the next window and then click 'Remember username'.

> You will receive an email containing your ProducerBox username.

Note: If you can't find our email with new details in your email inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

Despite all, if you do not received any email from us, please send a message to support (at) producerbox.com and our Support team will get back to you as soon as possible with your new information.
